The plastic wheels on the 2019 to current AC/Yamaha snowmobiles (including Catalyst but excluding Alpha-one monorail models) use the same style of plastic wheel in either a 7.12" or 8" diameter. The Original Equipment (OE) plastic wheels use a 12mm wide bearing with a 25mm internal diameter for the heavier axle shafts installed beginning in 2019. There have been no stronger wheels on the market to upgrade to without changing spacers, hardware, or using custom bearings to make them fit. Until now.
Our CNC machined billet wheels are a direct replacement for the OEM plastic wheels, using the same OEM bearing size and circlip. They are a direct swap. No custom spacers or axle hardware required. Easy future maintenance and parts replacement as they are the oringal size bearings and clips your sled came with. Bearings and clips will be available through a stock part look-up at any dealer or parts supply house. Re-use your bearings or order with standard bearings and clips already installed for simple installation.
These billet aluminum wheels are anodized for increased durability, are only about 4 onces more than the weeker orginal plastic wheels and about the same weight as the most popular heavier duty plastic wheel on the market that IS NOT A DIRECT OEM REPLACEMENT without changing additional hardware.
