The Tapp secondary is designed to work with Yamaha Sidewinder. If you're hitting the trails or the track Tapp Clutch will get you dialed in. We offer a variety of helix inserts and 2 spring options to create the perfect match for your ride.
 
The Tapp Secondary features:
Oversize Helix Diameter: Maximizes the clamping force on the belt. One of the largest issues with existing designs is that a small hub limits both the spring coil diameter as well as the maximum force the helix can apply to the belt. 
Larger Helix Surface: Allows the use of wider rollers that can better distribute the tremendous loads they experience. This is especially true under drag race conditions. 
Replaceable Helix Ramps: TAPP has engineered an elegant solution so only parts of the helix ramps need to be changed when you want to change helix angles. 
Torsionally Adjustable Spring Tension: The design utilizes a torsional style helix cap with adjustable slots which allow the spring torsional tension to be used as a tuning feature.
Unmatched Performance: All of these design features add up to power, performance and longer belt life. Whether you are trail riding, dunning or racing, belt life will be extended when using a properly calibrated TAPP Clutch.
