The TAPP Secondary Clutch spring cap is 9 position adjustable for tensioning the spring.  The outer rim of the cap is machined for use with a spanner tool to assist in the adjustment or to move the ramps away from the rollers when changing the angles.
 
This tool fits the TAPP cover and is made of a material that will avoid scratching the anodized finish.  The pin for the spanner is steel reinforced to avoid breakage.
