Traction Nuts are our budget conscious lake/race enhanced traction device. This nut is used with a traditional backer pate and designed to allow a trail stud or chisel to protrude 1/8" over the tip when installed. A half inch tip width makes this a winning setup for King of the Trail class in icy conditions. Constructed from billet 7075 aluminum and CNC machined on state of the art equipment, this will add maximum traction to your high HP build and put you to the front of the lake or track.
 
1.45 compatible version measures 1.465" overall height from face of track when combined with backer plate.
1.63 compatible version measures 1.625" overall height from face of track when combined with backer plate.
1.86 compatible version measures 1.875" overall height from face of track when combined with backer plate.

All of our snow chisels feature high strength 5/16 - 24 roll formed threads.
Install with Loctite.
